We provide companies an opportunity to test the Indian market for their product, solutions and work closely with Indian OEM / Integrators / Startups to develop new technologies.

We are actively seeking startups who specialize in Artificial Intelligence, LIDAR, RADAR, Vehicle Cyber Security solutions and who wish to leverage on Indian OEMs for their product piloting, market test runs and setting up their distribution network in India.

We also give preferences to startups who are already invested by Angel Group, Investors and have been part of International Incubation and Accelerator programs or are part of global recognized incubators.

Our Offer

We offer the entrepreneur a platform to test-run commercially available product for 6 weeks during their stay in India.

Office space in Pune or Bengaluru AN incubator.

Our Expectations

We would wish to represent your startup in India and you will need to ensure at least one of your senior management resource or the founder spend a minimum 6 week time in India for us to build the requisite traction to explore Indian Market.

You will need to invest your own money for airline tickets to India, pay for your accommodation during your stay, as well as personal expenses.

We provide you with incubation space for conducting business meetings and exploring Indian Market as well as connect you with OEM / Solution Integrators and Subject Matter Experts.

  • Startup / Business has successfully secured funding

How does the selection process work?

Startups need to fill the ‘Soft Landing Application’ and we will analyze the product fit with reference to Indian Market and accordingly we will have a scheduled meeting to determine your company’s needs and readiness. Only those startups which meet the eligibility criteria would be considered for our Soft Landing Program.

The Soft Landing Program consists of three phases: (1) Discovery (2) Soft Landing, (3) Pivot Tests

1. Discovery

In this phase, startups will be assessed as per eligibility criteria requirements and a brief market research would be undertaken to evaluate the startup prospects in India. Subsequently the company would be guided with a detailed Soft Landing Plan to leverage upon the Indian opportunities for them.

2. Soft landing

During this phase, the startup company will need to be in India to conduct pivot tests to validate product market penetration in India. Each startup Soft landing program will be tailored as per the requirements and it will be important for the startup founder/representative be available for minimum 6 weeks for validating their product market penetration in India. The startups will need to work from AN Incubation Center at Pune or Bengaluru location in India.

3. Pivot Tests

The international startups get an opportunity to work with OEMs / Subject Matter and validate their assumptions through a structured methodology. The startups also have an opportunity to attend few of the incubation program sessions to fine tune their business model and pitch decks for subsequent funding if needed to potential advanced stage investors
